This tunnel is found along the inner leg behind medial malleolus inside of the ankle. Symptoms of this syndrome are pain and tingling around ankles, swelling of the feet, hot and cold sensations, burning sensation, and electric sensation. This syndrome tends to be more common in athletes or individuals who tend to do a lot of standing.
